This membership is for licensed appraisers who wish to have full benefits through Heartland while maintaining their primary membership in another association. You can add on MLS and Ekey if you are needing those services.

Secondary REALTOR® $175 Annually + $100 One-Time Fee

This membership type is for REALTORS® who wish to have full member benefits through our association while maintaining their primary membership in another association. You can add on MLS or Ekey if you are needing those services.

REALTOR® Agent $512 Annually + $100 One-Time Fee

This membership type is for licensed agents wanting full membership in Heartland REALTORS®

REALTOR® Appraiser $512 Annually + $100 One-Time Fee

This membership is for licensed appraisers who wish to have full benefits through Heartland REALTORS®

REALTOR® Broker $512 Annually + $100 One-Time Fee

This membership type is for licensed brokers who are the designated broker (not an associate broker) for their office.

MLS Only $553.11 Semiannually + $150 One-Time Fee

This membership is for licensed REALTORS® & Appraisers who do not want full membership in, but want MLS only access through, Heartland REALTORS®. This membership restricts access to any other member benefits from Heartland.

REALTOR® - Full Yr Dues & MLS $1172 Annually + $100 One-Time Fee

Membership for licensed agents/brokers who want to pay annual dues and a full year of MLS fees at the same time.
