Course Description: Agents understand key pricing concepts, but many sellers don’t—and that gap can lead to objections. This course trains agents to effectively educate sellers on pricing strategies, helping them navigate difficult conversations and gain seller buy-in. By bridging the gap between the listing discussion and price recommendation, you’ll add credibility to your CMA and strengthen your role as a trusted advisor. Plus, you'll receive full-color concept handouts to use in your listing presentations for maximum impact!
We need 10 students to hold the class. Lunch Included
REFUND Policy: Cancellation by the student: Refunds will be issued if cancellation by the student is made prior to 7 days ahead of the course start date.
CANCELLATION Policy: Heartland REALTORS (HR) reserves the right to cancel CE/SAE courses if the minimum pre-registered attendance requirements are not met seven (7) days prior to the scheduled class date. Full refunds will be issued to all pre-paid students or monies can be transferred to a future scheduled CE/SAE course.
