Learn the fundamentals of the loan process from pre-qualification, pre-approval, contract to close and everything in between with this informative course. You will learn everything from start to finish when buying and financing a home along with tips to help make each transaction close smoothly and efficiently.

REFUND Policy: Cancellation by the student: Refunds will be issued if cancellation by the student is made prior to 7 days ahead of the course start date.

CANCELLATION Policy: Heartland REALTORS (HR) reserves the right to cancel CE/SAE courses if the minimum pre-registered attendance requirements are not met seven (7) days prior to the scheduled class date. Full refunds will be issued to all pre-paid students or monies can be transferred to a future scheduled CE/SAE course.
