As housing inventory levels continue to be stretched, it is becoming even more important to know what options are available for your clients to make their future home their dream home. Whether they are looking for a fixer upper or just a few minor repairs, a renovation loan may be just what they need to proceed. Learn what a renovation loan is, how it can help your clients while shopping and/or after going under contract, when to best utilize a renovation loan, what types of loans are available, eligibility requirements, and what to expect throughout the loan process. Pick up tips to help navigate these types of loans and help your clients create the home of their dreams.

REFUND Policy: Cancellation by the student: Refunds will be issued if cancellation by the student is made prior to 7 days ahead of the course start date.

CANCELLATION Policy: Heartland REALTORS (HR) reserves the right to cancel CE/SAE courses if the minimum pre-registered attendance requirements are not met seven (7) days prior to the scheduled class date. Full refunds will be issued to all pre-paid students or monies can be transferred to a future scheduled CE/SAE course.
