Learn how your buyers can qualify to purchase a home utilizing down payment assistance programs. In this course, we will review two popular programs, TSAHC and TDHCA, and how they can help your buyers cover their down payment and/or closing costs so that they can purchase a home. Understand how these programs work including the differences between bonds and grants, eligibility requirements, loan options and what to expect when your buyer is utilizing these resources for their purchase and more.

REFUND Policy: Cancellation by the student: Refunds will be issued if cancellation by the student is made prior to 7 days ahead of the course start date.

CANCELLATION Policy: Heartland REALTORS (HR) reserves the right to cancel CE/SAE courses if the minimum pre-registered attendance requirements are not met seven (7) days prior to the scheduled class date. Full refunds will be issued to all pre-paid students or monies can be transferred to a future scheduled CE/SAE course.
