Broker/Agent Tour of Homes 

Rules: 

• Listings must be within 10 miles of the Brown Co Courthouse unless special arrangements are made
• Listings must be submitted to submitfortour@gmail.com by the Monday prior to tour by noon
• Provide the Address, MLS# and any notes you would like to add
• The list will go out Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning
• Each agent may submit up to two listings per tour
• Listings are taken first come, first served with a minimum of 4 and maximum of 10
• If there are more than 10 submitted, all received after the first 10 must resubmit for the next tour
• If a majority are from one office, each agent in that office will be allowed only one listing per tour
• Tour meets at the Association office at 845a on the 2nd & 4th Wednesday of the month
• We will start at 9a with each agent talking about their listing prior to the group heading out
• Tour will be automatically cancelled if it rains the night before or is raining that morning
• If cancelled homes will need to be resubmitted for the next tour
• Rain the night before or morning of automatically cancels tour for that Wednesday.
