The Cold Shoulder is a seat in the Purple Throne and a dousing with a bucket of ice and cold water 

The member with the most votes is the one getting the Cold Shoulder ($1 = 1 vote)

The dousing will take place in October and will be livestreamed on FB

You can make an initial bid (Minimum of $35) and then return and modify your "registration" to increase the bid by $1 increments.
