Conforming Loan Limits to Rise in 2024
The Federal Housing Finance Agency announced plans to raise the baseline conforming loan limit, or the most amount of money you can borrow for a single-family mortgage backed by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, next year. The limit will increase 5.5% from $726,200 to $766,550. The increase mirrors the rise in home prices. Learn More
