NAR Settlement Agreement Update

Agendas for the NAR Legislative meetings are not yet available, but it is expected that there will be several proposals for MLS Policy and for Professional Standards to address the requirements of the proposed settlement agreement.

Texas REALTORS has proposed several changes to the Texas contract forms which will be discussed at the TREC meeting scheduled today (this meeting is being livestreamed).
