The jury verdict dropped early this week in the Burnett/Sitzer Case in favor of the plaintiffs. There are other cases still pending and there are still appeals and settlements in the future We will not speculate here about what the final outcome and consequences may be. We would refer you to the official statements from NAR and we would caution leadership and staff from making comments on social media and online conversations that you would not want to see or say in a deposition.
NAR also announced that CEO, Bob Goldberg, who announced he would retire next summer, is now resigning and a new interim Execuitve has been appointed effective Nov. 20. Nykia Wright, the nterim CEO will be in attendance at the NAR NXT Conference.
Mandatory Password Changes Delayed
As part of Corelogic's established security protocol, a mandatory password change will be triggered. Correction to previous notifications: This will only affect those Associations where the member record originated in your Rapattoni AMS system to ensure no compromised credentials are being passed.
Due to the implementation of the new onboarding process and the issues with the roster uploads, we are delaying this mandatory password change. |
