2024 NTREIS Secretary/Treasurer
The Board of Directors has elected Tammy Kister as 2024 Secretary/Treasurer for NTREIS. . Tammy is Broker/Owner of Absolute Real Estate Management and Broker Associate with Keller Williams Synergy in Abilene. She serves on Board of Directors for the Abilene Association of REALTORS and served as the Abilene Association of REALTORS as President in 2018.

We had three great candidates nominated this year and appreciate those willing to step into this role, which is a multi-year commitment to serve on the Executive Committee.

Restb AI features Coming
We had our kickoff call this week with Restb and will be working on bringing those artificial intelligence features into Matrix, including automatic photo tagging, descriptions and compliance. While full listing input features will roll out in phases, the tagging feature will be coming in the next 30-60 days, offering ADA compliant alt tags for all photos which will then be available for distribution in data feeds for Broker website displays.

Mandatory Password Changes
As part of Corelogic's established security protocol, a mandatory password change will be triggered for all users. We do not yet have a date, but within the next 30 days we expect each user to be presented with a prompt to update their password upon login to the SSO Dashboard.

In addition, passwords will no longer be visible in the Matrix system to MLS staff and will be stored only within the Clareity SafeMLS system, so only staff with that level of access can view and manage passwords.
