Listing Toolkit, Paragon, Welcome Paris, Tx
Welcome Paris Realtors!
Members of the Paris Board of REALTORS have joined the Greater Texoma Board, so will be onboarding to the NTREIS systems. They will retain access to their existing MLS system provided by Paragon, but will begin adding their active listings to the NTREIS database. We are working with Paragon and Matrix to bring in historical data as soon as possible.
Realist County/Parish Updates
Realist is beginning to load annual updates from county tax rolls. As a county is updated, please let us know if you see any inaccuracies.
As a reminder, the public record info in Realist gets updated throughout the year as deeds are filed with the county clerk with ownership changes, however, the tax appraisal districts do an annual certified ownership roll with the new valuations and tax assessments after all tax protests are complete. Realist begins receiving those certified files in September for some counties and for others, we do not receive until January, so the next few months there are a lot of data changes occurring in the system.
Realist Community Inisghts
Originally scheduled in May, the Community Insights update was rolled back for some further database work and just began rolling these new features out to all clients this week:
Realist now offers even more micro-level community insights including median home values, home price forecast, last 2 yr home appreciation %, school district ranking, family friendly score including walkability score, and more. Rental Trends is an invaluable data resource for agents working with residential investor clients, helping them make informed rental strategy decisions. With Rental Trends, agents can provide estimated monthly rental values and cap rates.

Realtor.com launches new Listing ToolKit
Realtor.com has launched a new Listing Toolkit nationwide. Listing Toolkit is a subscription-based listing intelligence product.
The Listing Toolkit is part of a strategy to create ways to connect more home sellers with the Realtors® who can help them, and to help Realtors® win more listings and close more deals. The toolkit gives listing agents a robust set of tools to help them win more listings and the predictive insights they need to help sell their clients’ homes in today’s challenging market.
The Listing Toolkit will provide listing agents with:
Matching buyers by connecting listing agents to buyers’ agents through the ReadyConnect Concierge℠ network
The opportunity to promote their client’s listing on Realtor.com to appear in slots 5-8 on the search results page when the listing matches the user’s search criteria (additional costs apply)
Access to listing presentations from Cloud CMA by Lone Wolf layered with Realtor.com insights (in available markets; if this is available in your market, you should have received an email on September 5 from Lone Wolf)
Featured placement on UpNest (Listing Toolkit customers can choose to join the UpNest referral platform to receive this benefit)
Realtor.com continues to offer a free listing intelligence solution to all listing agents. This solution, which we launched in January, gives subscribers free access to insights into the behaviors of potential buyers to help agents understand how your clients’ listings are performing on Realtor.com. These insights can help you refine your marketing strategy to better target likely buyers for your clients’ homes. Shareholders approve contract for Paragon
The Shareholders have approved moving forward with an agreement between NTREIS and Black Knight for the Paragon Connect system. This system will provide another choice for subscribers to use for MLS services, including full add/edit capabilities.
