A new field is being added to comply with the Broker Attribution field per NAR policy change.  This field will default to the listing office phone number and Brokers will have access to change that information and will be visible early next week.   NTREIS already requires Listing Broker to be displayed in IDX,  this would just require addition of Listing Broker contact information.   

Matrix 10.9.1

Matrix 10.91 is on staging and we will schedule a release date soon.  This version includes the new Email opt in feature.  These changes are being made to reduct risks of being perceived as spamming.   This will work like the text opt-in.

Clients with active Auto Emails don’t need to opt-in to those AEs; they’ll continue to receive mailings.

Clients – including those with existing Auto Emails – who are set up with new email or text message notifications after the 10.9 release will need to first opt-in.

Maintenance!!!

Lone Wolf Transactions (Transaction Desk Edition) and Authentisign will be undergoing regularly scheduled maintenance on August 31, 2022 from 1:00 a.m. CDT to 5:00 a.m. CDT. Users may not be able to access the product during this maintenance window.

2023 NTREIS Election

Candidates must submit their nomination by Monday, September 12.   Candidates must have servied on the Board of Directors over the past year.   Candidates and Shareholder AE's have received notice of election and instructions for submitting candidates.
