Broker Bay

  Broker Bay data feed includes the Matrix Showing Instructions field, however, agents can add showing instructions in Broker Bay when configuring their showings and the Matrix data sent was overwriting the agents instructions. Broker Bay has removed this configurations set up by the agent in Broker Bay.

   Broker Bay is enhancing the anaylytic  reporting and adding quick seller reports and continues to build out the integration with Supra key services. We expect to roll out these new features in 2nd Quarter and will provide more information as available.
