Realist to Include Community Insights and Rental Trends:

   This upgrade began deployment early this week but was pulled back due to technical issues.  A new date will be scheduled.

  Rental Trends provides accurate and reliable estimates of the rental price and cap rate for any property, giving you the insights you need to work with residential investor clients.  

  Community Insights provides micro-level insights into the area surrounding the property in five categories, including median home values, home price forecast, last 2 yr home appreciation %, school district ranking, family friendly score, and more.

  Broker Bay Showing Agent Info:

  After receiving complaints that the showing notifications to Sellers did not include information about the agent that would be arriving at the home,  Broker Bay initiated work to include this information.  However, in several of our market areas,  it is custom  (not license law as some agents relayed) that the buyer's agent not leave any "calling card" for the Seller.   We requested that the feature still be added, with the ability for the listing agent to choose.

   On Thursday,  this fix was released.  The Showing Agent Instructions now include a toggle button for "Displayed to Seller".  By default, it is off.   If an agent selects to turn it on,  the showing notifications will display the Buyer agent name.
