Broker Bay Showing Agent Info:

  After receiving complaints that the showing notifications to Sellers did not include information about the agent that would be arriving at the home,  Broker Bay initiated work to include this information.  However, in several of our market areas,  it is custom  (not license law as some agents relayed) that the buyer's agent not leave any "calling card" for the Seller.   We requested that the feature still be added, with the ability for the listing agent to choose.

 On Thursday,  this fix was released.  The Showing Agent Instructions now include a toggle button for "Displayed to Seller".  By default, it is off.   If an agent selects to turn it on,  the showing notifications will display the Buyer agent name.

Broker Bay Concierge: 

 There continues to be misinformation regarding the Concierge service.   Yes, it is an additional feature that Brokers and Agents must activate and is a fee,  but NTREIS has already included that fee in the service provided, so there is no additional fee for the Broker or Agent when activating.  This triggers the concierge feature for Broker Bay call center to make outbound calls for showing appointments.

 We are unable, at this time, to automatically opt in all users to concierge as not all Brokers are using Broker Bay.  We continue to work with their team to streamline the process.
