 Broker Bay Showing Services coming to NTREIS

This week, the NTREIS Shareholders approved a contract to provide showing services through Broker Bay.   NTREIS currently does not provide any showing service, though we do provide data licensing to facilitate a couple of services used by Brokers.   Brokers may continue to use any showing service they use, but the NTREIS provided service will be included in future MLS fees and will be tightly integrated with Association provided Supra key services.  Broker Bay and Supra are owned by the same parent company.

We expect a press release announcement soon on this new partnership.   We are working on the implementation timeline and will be providing marketing materials and training information to the Associations.

New Hazards & Risks Reports

Rolled out to Realist clients on August 4, 2022, Hazards & Risk Reports take property insights to a whole new level.

Buying a home means accepting certain types and levels of risk based on the property's location. Some of those risks may be natural hazards, while others may be related to human activity. And the risks can vary significantly within short distances—even from one parcel to the next.

With the new Hazards & Risks report from CoreLogic®, Realist users can give their clients the information they need to make informed decisions on how to protect their investment, such as the right insurance coverage.

The Hazards & Risks Reports will be available to all Realist clients as part of an automatic update—no special agreement or license is required. Agents will then be able to order reports on demand for $19.99 each.

ListTrac authentication on Dashboard

A new tile for "ListTrac" was added to the SSO Dashboard this week.  ListTrac has been available and running analytics for a couple of years and available for subscribers to login directly, but we only soft launched as ListTrac continued to add IDX sites to the reporting.  Realtor.com also recently allowed us access to limited analytics to add to these reports.

ListTrac provides a graphical interface to view consumer traffic on your listings from IDX sites, from MLS, and from portals.   Seller reports are available to send to your seller to show the activity on their property.  If Brokers choose to monetize that traffic, they can activate that option..

The tile authenticates users from their Single Sign On dashboard for ease of access to the graphs and seller reports.    ListTrac will be scheduling webinars for training, to be announced.
