By the Numbers
When Budget & Finance starts the budgeting process, the first item reviewed is tracking and trying to forecast the user count. CFO Robert Pharr tracks and annualizes an average per month increase and the numbers are always interesting.
Going back to 2004 to the present, the average user count increase is 5.8% per year. In the five years preceding 2021 (2016-2020), the increase averages 7.9% per year. 2021 to date, not including the additional users from NWLAR, the increase has been 10.6%.
The June user count was 48,322.
