ListTrac authentication on Dashboard

A new tile for "ListTrac" was added to the SSO Dashboard this week.  ListTrac has been available and running analytics for a couple of years and available for subscribers to login directly, but we only soft launched as ListTrac continued to add IDX sites to the reporting.  Realtor.com also recently allowed us access to limited analytics to add to these reports.

ListTrac provides a graphical interface to view consumer traffic on your listings from IDX sites, from MLS, and from portals.   Seller reports are available to send to your seller to show the activity on their property.  If Brokers choose to monetize that traffic, they can activate that option..

The tile authenticates users from their Single Sign On dashboard for ease of access to the graphs and seller reports.  ListTrac will be scheduling webinars for training, to be announced.

Realist Premium Flood Map Reports now available for purchase

Premium Flood Map Reports go beyond the basic FEMA flood determination data to provide a comprehensive analysis of a property’s true flood risk. With Premium Flood Maps, real estate agents can give their clients detailed property-level flood risk information that helps guide decision-making—such as the need to budget for and buy the right flood insurance coverage.

Premium Flood Maps use proprietary CoreLogic® data and risk models to determine a property’s Flood Risk Score and Flash Flood Risk Score on a scale from 1 to 100, making it easy to see at a glance the overall risk to a specific property. Exclusive flood risk information underscores the value of working with an agent and helps build their brand as the local market expert. 

Premium Flood Map Reports are available to all Realist clients as part of an automatic update—no special agreement or license is required. Agents will then be able to order reports on demand for $19.99 each.

*note - this is different than the premium map layers (below).  Map layers are available to all users as an added feature of Realist.  Only the new flood reports require a user to order and purchase.

Realist Premium Map Layers:

These premium layers enhance Realist and also enhance some of the features available in the upcoming release of MLS Touch mobile application.

Here is some of what you can expect from this feature: 

• Agents will be able to quickly spot and filter opportunities directly on the Realist Map interface.  
• Layers, once selected, reveal vivid color coding at the parcel level, corresponding values specified in the map legend.
• Value ranges can be toggled off to only highlight the parcels of interest, making it easy to spot and filter specific properties or neighborhoods within the selected map layer.
