MLS Touch Launch!

MLS Touch now available for download from your app store.  Select State of Texas - NTREIS. Note:  NWLAR also select Texas (thiat is just the State the MLS is linked to;  all NTREIS data and all NTREIS subscribers are included).

Broker Attribution is live

Each office has been set to display the Office phone as the default contact.  Brokers may change this selection under the Office input tab.   They may also choose whether to allow agents to change that contact info on listings. If allowed,  the agent can input a different email or phone on the listing contact and it will override the Broker default.

Matrix 10.9.1

Matrix 10.91 is on staging and we will schedule a release date soon.  This version includes the new Email opt in feature.  These changes are being made to reduce risks of being perceived as spamming.   This will work like the text opt-in.

Clients with active Auto Emails do not need to opt-in to those Auto Emials; they’ll continue to receive mailings.

Clients – including those with existing Auto Emails – who are set up with new email or text message notifications after the 10.9 release will need to first opt-in.
