Neighborhood Data - CoreLogic
Updates
Neighborhood Data - CoreLogic:
CoreLogic is updating the data used in the Realist Neighborhood Profile report. This update ensures that CoreLogic is using the most up-to-date data from the U.S. Census Bureau. Changes will be made to the following sections: Population, Housing, Quality of Life, Education, and Local Businesses. CoreLogic’s data acquisition team has worked hard to accurately map the new data to the existing fields, so end users should notice very little difference—except in the accuracy and currency of the data. We expect to deploy this change to client systems on January 12 at 10:00PM CST.
Neighborhood map boundaries in OneHome, Matrix, and Realist
CoreLogic is also updating the neighborhood map boundaries used in OneHome, Matrix, and Realist. The neighborhood boundary map layer uses data from the U.S. Census Bureau and other data sources. This update provides the latest neighborhood boundary mappings, including new neighborhood boundaries that were previously unavailable and neighborhood boundaries that have been redefined or redrawn recently. We expect to deploy this change to client systems on January 15 at 10:00PM CST.

"State" is now required
The field for "State" will be a required entry for all listings effective next Tuesday, January 12th. We will also make this field visible on displays and for searching. This is in preparation for the listings to be added from the Northwest Louisiana Association of REALTORs.
