NTREIS Partnership wtih Omni MLS

The NTREIS Board of Directors has approved a Bi-lateral Data Share agreement with Omni MLS, pending legal review.  Omni is Latin America's largest multiple llisting service and this partnership will provide a link in Matrix for NTREIS subscribers to search and run reports in the Omni system.  Omni services licensed and registered professionals in Mexico and 15 other Latin America countries, with more being added.  As Texas, in particular, has a large consumer base purchasing second and retirement homes across the border, this will provide great opportunities for a referral network with professionals knowledgeable about real estate regulations specific to the various regions.
