OneHome Agent Portal launched May 3rd
OneHome™ has just released an exciting new feature called Agent Portal! This will allow agents to preview what clients see when they visit OneHome, helping you collaborate with clients better than ever.
- View a dashboard of all your OneHome contacts
- · Recommend properties to clients directly
- · Preview properties clients have considered, favorites, saved searches, their progress in the Planner, and more
The new OneHome Agent Portal works on desktops and mobile devices for maximum efficiency both in the office and on the go. You can access your agent portal through:
- · Agent preview mode / BCC’d emails
- · A link on the Matrix contact details screen
- · OneHome Agent Portal tile on the Clareity Dashboard
- · Visiting agent.onehome.com
Marketing materials were sent to the Associations this week and staff can view the tutorial under the Help section in Matrix. We will open that article in the help section to all users early next week.

Announce My Listing ends May 9
It is our understanding that the Announcy My Listing products will no longer be available after May 9th. When we have further information, we will post a notice to users on the SSO Dashboard and I have requested that AML also post a notice on their landing page.
Zipform Login:For Texas: We have been working through some Zipform login issues for well over a year. Historically, our logins had to go through a validation at the State level and that process changed. Now that Zipforms is again a Texas REALTOR benefit and no longer an NAR benefit, we had to go back and revisit the authentication process. The Zipform account has to be linked to the NTREIS account - we pre-linked all existing accounts about 8 months ago, so those seemed to be working, but for new users, there was not an authentication process in place and the link was not sending them to the correct page. The link from the SSO Dashboard now goes to a Zipform landing page, where a user can login with Zipform credentials (one time, then the authentication is linked). Most users are already linked so they do not need to do this step. New users will have to create their account by validating their NAR ID: For NWLAR users: We have maintained the "old" Zipform login on your portal page, however, unless a Broker/Agent has purchased Zipform, they no longer have access. The Louisiana Association does not provide as a benefit. We are pre-linking those users that do have active accounts to the Zipform login under the NTREIS products and will eventually remove the one on your Association section. For users with an account that do not get pre;linked, the same process above applies - if validated,they will be authenticated going forward, but if they do not have an account, they will not be able to validate.
