Realist Enhancements

    The following enhancements were deployed this week in Realist:

       *  Maintenance/ Splash page:  will be displayed whenever there is ongoing maintenance or a system outage

       *  Favorites - User can add the favorite star icon to the parcel card to indicate the property is added to the user's watchlist.

       *  Saved search - the name of the saved search now displays while the user is viewing the search results (previously it was hidden in the drop down)

   Bug fixes included:

    * Fix to the Max Exports settings

    * Report preferences made when customized now save in user preferences

    * Hamburger menu on mobile options now match the desktop version options
