A new tile has been added to the SSO Dashboard to automatically log NTREIS users access to their REALTOR.com dashboard where they can manage their account profile. Only about half of NTREIS subscribers have created their free R.com profile and only 5% have a completed profile.
New Texas Forms - September 01, 2021
A number of new forms went into effect for Texas effective September 01, 2021, including a new form "Addendum Containing Notice of Obligation to Pay Improvement District". This new form and all form revisions have been updated in Zipforms and in Instanet.
New HOA Laws effective September 01, 2021
Texas REALTORS successfully advocated for reform to HOAs, resulting in a number of new rules for Texas HOAs.

Realist Tax Roll Updates:
Realist updates tax ownership rolls throughout the year, but the entire database is updated once each Appraisal District sends their certified rolls for the year. Realist begins receiving these for most counties in early August and begins processing into production. Most Texas Counties are completed by late September//early October. The Louisiana parishes are estimated to be received in November.
The Corelogic Team has checks in place to verify and clean up data, but there is a large amount of data. NTREIS staff also does spot checks on the data quality. The reports we get from you and your subscribers are the best quality control we have, so please do not hesitate to report any discrepancies!
