Updates to Clareity Assure are scheduled for Thursday, May 2
- New member registration link extended to 72 hours. This applies to both automatically sent, manually sent, and “resent” With the current expiration at 48 hours, we were getting many requests, especially over the weekend, for a new link. NTREIS staff has been handling those requests. Once the expiration is extended to 72 hours, we will again push those requests to the Providers, so please ensure your staff knows how to resend the link. Let us know if you have any questions or need additional assistance on that process. Much of the confusion was around new users NOT clicking the provided link and instead using the "forgot password" option. This issue is addressed below:
- New unregistered members will be unable to complete the “Forgot Password” process until they have completed registration. After they enter their loginID, they will see the below message:
